The house is made from big-panel elements. Dimensions and design  complies with plan.

           EXTERNAL WALLS are made of following elements (from inside to outside):

-         Gypsum-card board 9,5 mm  painted with semi-dispersion according to buyer’s wishes

-    Chipboard or OSB board thickness ( 10-15) mm

-         PVC foil as moisture barrier

-         profiled wooden grid dimensions 45 x (100-200) mm

-         mineral wool thickness (100-200) mm

-         Chipboard or OSB board thickness (10-15) mm

-         Expanded polystyrene 50 mm of thickness

-         Net

-         Glue

-         finishing rolo-acrylic facade coloured according to buyers wishes

         INTERNAL WALLS are made of following elements:

-         Gypsum-card board 9,5 mm  painted with semi-dispersion according to buyer’s wishes

-         Chipboard thickness (10 do 15)mm

-         profiled wooden grid dimensions 45 x( 100 do 150) mm

-         mineral wool 50 mm

-         Chipboard thickness (10 do 15)mm

-         Gypsum-card board 9,5 mm  painted with semi-dispersion according to buyer’s wishes

          CONSTRUCTION OF MIDDLE-FLOOR CONSTRUCTION is made of following elements (from bottom up):

-         Gypsum-card board 9,5 mm 

-         profiled wooden grid of gypsum-card boards 50 x 40 mm

-         PVC foil as moisture barrier

-         mineral wool thickness 100 mm

-         profiled wooden grid of middle-floor construction

       80 x 220 mm

-         plywood 20 mm of thickness in bathroom waterproofed

          CEILING CONSTRUCTION is made of following elements (from ceiling above):            

-         Gypsum-card board 9,5 mm 

-         profiled wooden grid of gypsum-card boards 50 x 40 mm

-         PVC foil as moisture barrier

-         mineral wool thickness 150 mm

         Roof is made of trusses joined together with suitable connections. On the outer side of trusses we place wooden boards thickness of 24 mm. On top of it is tar-paper. Then vertical and horizontal laths. Roof cover is roof tiles M222 IDEAL POTISJE Bečej. Trusses underlying is wooden profiled laths painted in Sadoline according to buyer’s wishes.

           GUTTERS are zinc covered, round with suitable connector elements. All other metal sheet elements are also zinc covered.

           EXTERNAL JOINERY by agreement.

          INTERNAL JOINERY is double-plywood veneered with beech veneer. Internal stairs and all fences are made of spruce wood. Entire elements are protected for transportation.

          FENCES ON TERRACES are wooden as well as pillars and painted with Sadoline according to buyer’s wishes

         On every meter of wall element one hose fi 16 mm is placed inside of element for electro-installations and other cable installations.
