• Standard offer package (advanced)

Advance offer package is the one with improved isolation in construction of prefabricated houses and plastic façade is replaced with rolo-acrylic facade.

In this package we build the houses by following system:

     House is built on finished foundation out of wall panel elements. Panel elements are made in big/panel or small-panel system depending of specified condition on the site.

      EXTERNAL WALLS are made of (from inside to outside):

-         gypsum-card board                           9,5 mm

-         chipboard                                           10   mm

-         PVC foil as moisture barrier

-         mineral wool                                      100   mm

-         profiled wooden grid                         45x80 mm

-         chipboard                                           10   mm

-         expanded polystyrene                       50   mm

-         glue

-         finishing rolo-acrylic facade coloured according to buyers wishes.

      INTERNAL WALLS are made of following elements:

-         gypsum-card board                          9,5 mm

-         chipboard                                         10    mm

-         mineral wool                                    50    mm

-         profiled wooden grid                       45 x 80 mm

-         chipboard                                         10    mm

-         gypsum-card board                           9,5 mm

     CEILING CONSTRUCTION is made of following elements (from ceiling above):               

             -   gypsum-card board                           9,5 mm

             -   PVC foil as moisture barrier

             -   mineral wool                                      150 mm
